Buzzback is a dog training aid designed to provide vibration feedback when leash tension increases. It is intended for training purposes only.

3. Use of Product & Safety Disclaimer
Buzzback is not intended to cause harm and must be used responsibly. It should be used in conjunction with appropriate training techniques, including positive reinforcement.

You agree to:

  • Use the product only as intended

  • Supervise your dog during use

  • Discontinue use if irritation, distress, or adverse behaviour occurs

Buzzback is not a substitute for professional training or veterinary advice.

4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, we may offer an exchange or refund at our discretion, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This includes, but is not limited to:
